What to do about Cramps |

Sunburn
|
Even if you're "bronzed and brown" and believe you have a tan
and won't get sunburned, playing soccer in the direct sun without precautions will cause
sunburn. It can make you miserable enough that you won't want to play. |
Dealing with the Heat

Heat can be a serious problem especially during practices in hot weather.
Note though that you can have heat related problems even in cooler weather if you're not
drinking enough fluids. If you listen to your body, you can prevent most problems with
heat. |

closed head injury, more commonly known as a concussion. This information provides a

out if this information applies to your soccer player and to get more information on
concussions. |
